From email to schedules and follow-ups

Email often mixes confirmed dates, suggestions and changes. A proposed date is not a booking, and an itinerary summary is not the same as creating a calendar event. Keep time zones and availability in the review.

Draft, analyze, and present with Microsoft Copilot includes Outlook triage, replies and meeting administration. Its sample exercise takes a thread through summary and drafting to a meeting. That is useful app practice, but a proposed event still needs a person to check availability and confirm it.
